Sydney clearance rates hold above 65 per cent for a tenth week
Auction volumes are rising into September without any softening in results.
Sydney recorded a preliminary clearance rate of 67.4 per cent across 782 scheduled auctions at the weekend, the tenth consecutive week above 65 per cent.
Volumes are scheduled to rise above 1,100 auctions in the second week of September, which will be the first real test of depth this spring.
